Product Details

CSP means Completely Self Protected Feature which contains the fittings like LT Circuit Breaker, Lighting Arrestors and HV Fuse Links. The purpose of CSP feature is that it protects the transformer from any differential load, lighting affects and also protects the transmission system from any short circuit inside the transformer.

We offer different grades of CRGO like M4, M3, MOH, ZDKH and ZDMH based on efficiency requirements of the Transformer. We also use different types of CRGO construction such as

  • CRGO - Wound core (Both Shell type and Core type)
  • CRGO - Stacked core

With the use of Amorphous core we can offer the least no load losses possible for any given rating. The Transformer with amorphous core has low eddy current losses, low Hysteresis losses, low skin affect resulting in just 20% of the losses of a conventional CRGO core transformer.

Bureau Of Energy Efficiency

Our Energy Efficient transformers are certified by BEE and assigned 3-Star and 5-Star rating based on the losses. This Certification is based on the Total losses at 50% and 100% of full load. The star rating from 1-star to 5-star Distribution Transformers enables us to provide minimum losses resulting in maximum efficiency of the transformer.
